In an e-mail from Mike Horn, what was once speculation, is now a reality. Palisades Toys is done. A company by the name of Limited by CAS has purchased many of their assets, therefore putting the once prosperous company out of business.

It's a shame, really. The fellas at Palisades were some of the best to us here at Stupid SciFi... Travis Allen was one of our 1st interviews, followed by Mike Horn in Philly... and Chicago.  Everytime we saw these guys, they would give us more than just their time... they would help us out with giveaways and advertisements for the site. One of the last times we hung out, our pal John McGonigle, and Travis took out Hal and I for a night of dinner, booze, and strippers.  Well, at least dinner and booze. Anyways, we here at SSF want to send our thanks to Palisades for helping us get our foot in the toy convention coverage door. We will miss you guys.
