The Hollywood Reporter reports that Ewan McGregor will join Michael Bay's "The Island."
Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci will be writing the Dreamworks project. "The Island" is the story of a "harvested being" who tries to escape the utopian facility where he is being kept. It is tentatively scheduled to begin production in the fall of 2004.
Sounds interesting, to say the least.
